Fanuc Robot R2000iB

Ziggy, our first robot and strongest employee to date. With machine vision to identify parts and read applied labels, 6 axes of freedom to move hundreds of pounds, and the digital mastery to load and run programs on other machines, Ziggy transforms our shop into an around-the-clock factory.

Mori Seiki NT4200 DCG

A 5-axis turning and milling machine which combines the functionality of traditional lathes and modern horizontal machining centers. This, our newest aquisition, puts us at the industry forefront in terms of high productivity, advanced capabilities, and super-precise metal machining.

Heian NC162

This 5-axis CNC Router can machine large three dimensional parts -- up to 120"x 60"x 31" -- in non-ferrous metal, wood, composites and plastics.

Haas VF-4

3-axis milling machine with travels of 50"x, 20"y, 20"z and includes a renishaw probe for quick set ups and automatic tool offset calculations.

NX (Unigraphics)

This fully associative parametric solid/surface modeling software is standard at GM and Boeing, and it'll do the job for you in refining designs digitally and then sending data directly to machines on the production floor.

Harold has twenty years experience in a wide variety of manufacturing settings from prototyping to large-scale production projects. Nearly half of his two-decades in the business included Unigraphics programming at Swerve, along with creating complex plastic injection molds for other clients.
